Gamers Outreach is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our crew as “Program Fulfillment Coordinator.”


This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate packing, shipping, and overall fulfillment of Gamers Outreach program initiatives. Additionally, this person will handle inbound inventory, warehouse organization, and fulfillment of hardware replacements for support tickets.

The ideal candidate can thoroughly and accurately produce consistent and timely results using a strong familiarity with the latest game consoles and typical warehouse procedures.


This is a part time, on-site contract position.


Responsibilities:

  • Physically receive inbound shipments, break down boxes, ensure general cleanliness of space.

  • Prepare and assist in outgoing programmatic shipments.  

  • Follow documentation and defined processes to: 

    • Verify and document received inventory, entering relevant data into the current inventory management system, and ensuring proper storage.

    • Prepare game consoles and other devices for use in new and existing programs including updating and installing firmware, software, games and other apps, ensuring proper settings for end users.

    • Record key information of prepared devices to facilitate impact metrics and future program support.

    • Assemble and prepare boxes for individual and pallet shipments according to defined and industry standards.

    • Review and complete support tickets assigned to Warehouse for fulfillment.

  • Provide Feedback to ensure defined processes are current and accurate.

Must Haves:

  • 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or shipping/receiving roles, with familiarity in inventory management, order fulfillment, and/or other relevant experience.

  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, perform hands-on packing and shipping duties.

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

  • Refined organizational skills and ability to multitask. 

  • Availability to work occasional flexible hours as needed for incoming deliveries or urgent shipments.

  • Expertise on packing and shipping best practices.

  • Tech savvy with a familiarity of various video game console features and settings.

  • Proficiency packing boxes and assembling shipments on pallets according to industry standards.

  • Experience or certified with warehouse equipment including items such as pallet jacks, pallet strapping tools, forklifts and/or part pickers.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in the video gaming industry.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
